Taking the time to ensure you end up with the perfect machine for your lifestyle is our most important task. The bikes we are offer are premium quality and we strive to offer a sales process that reflects that quality. Usually that process begins with a conversation about what you are looking to do with your new bike. We might have that initial conversation in the shop or perhaps via email - either way, this time helps us guide you towards the best options for you.
Now that we have a better idea of what you need we’ll proceed to the specifics:
If you are after a cargo bike we’ll get you sorted with a test ride on one of our demo bikes. Whether that is a quickie in the parking lot or a longer weekend test this test ride, this test ride can really help you understand whether a particular bike is for you.
If you are buying a commuter or adventure e-bike, we will get you sorted on a test ride on demos models in the shop.
If you’ve decided you want to purchase a new bikepacking/bike touring/commuter machine from us, we will schedule a time to run you through our bike fitting system. This system allows us to not only order the right sized bike, it also allows us to set it up perfectly for you.

We endeavor to send every new bike out the door in flawless condition but we also know that sometimes things can come out of adjustment. That's why for 12 months from the date of purchase you'll receive unlimited minor adjustments. If you need an adjustment (rotor rub, derailleur skipping, mystery creak, etc.) give us a call or pop by the shop. We’ll do our best to get you rolling asap.

My first job was a dishwasher, my second job was a bicycle mechanic, and I have been wrenching on bikes more or less since 1985. I’ve been around long enough to have seen the birth of indexed shifting, carbon fibre bicycles, MTB suspension, hydraulic braking systems, electronic shifting, and most recently, modern electric bikes. During all those years I worked as a bicycle mechanic for a decade, raced road bikes, mountain bikes, cyclocross, bikes, and track bikes for 25+ years, got bored with all of that, moved onto sales repping for a decade, got bored with that too, and eventually decided to open my own shop almost 15 years ago.
They say 10,000 hours makes a master. What am I if I have over 50,000 hours invested? It’s been quite a journey and through it all my passion for cycling remains undiminished.

Every new bicycle receives one full year of complimentary service and adjustment services to keep your machine running in tip top condition. We want to see you more than once a year - book early, book often :)

Financing a purchase gives you the ability to spread out your purchase over as few - or as many - months as you need, giving you the ability to roll away on the bike of your dreams. We have partnered with a Canadian consumer financing company that offers low rates, easy app-based application (you can even submit the application from the comfort of your own home), and quick turn around on your credit application. We’re here to keep you rolling all year long. Regular maintenance is the best thing you can do to keep your cherished ride happy and reliable.
BOOK YOUR SERVICE HERE and provide as much information as you can on the service required, including the make and model of the bike, anything specific you know is needed - the more information we can get before you arrive, the better. Bring your bike in on the day/time booked and we’ll aim to get it back to you in a few days.
